The Municipality of Katerini is a municipality of the Region of Central Macedonia, which was established on January 1, 2011 from the merger of the pre-existing municipalities of Elafina, Katerinis, Korinos, Paralia, Petra and Pieria. The municipality had 56,877 inhabitants during the Census of 2021. Its capital is Katerini.
